Opening the Hanoi Beverage Festival 2025: Honoring culinary culture – Connecting sustainable tourism
On the evening of September 18, at the West Lake Creative Cultural Space, Deputy Director of the Vietnam National Tourism Administration Ha Van Sieu attended the opening ceremony of the Hanoi Beverage Festival 2025 with the theme “Taste of Hanoi.”

Deputy Director of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism Ha Van Sieu attended the event.
During the festival, visitors will have the opportunity to experience the traditional beverage space of Hanoi, drinks from the three regions, creative and health care drinks, and international beverages. Visitors will also learn about traditional artisan spaces, the culinary space of Hanoi’s flavors, along with exciting activities such as bartender demonstrations, mixology workshops, and discussions on F&B trends.

The delegates carry out the opening ceremony.
The event will take place from September 17 to 21, 2025 at the West Lake Creative Cultural Space (Trinh Cong Son Walking Street, Tay Ho Ward, Hanoi), promising to bring lively autumn days filled with flavors to the capital’s residents and visitors.
